Tuas Power's residential lineup is entirely fixed-rate, sold under the PowerFIX name at four different contract lengths. The pattern is straightforward once you see all four side by side.

The pattern: longer commitment, lower rate — except one
Three of the four plans follow a clean rule: the longer the contract, the lower the rate — 36 months is cheapest, 12 months is priciest. PowerFIX 25 G+ breaks that pattern: despite a similar 25-month term to the 24-month plan, it's priced noticeably higher than all three standard PowerFIX plans. That premium reflects its green-energy positioning (marketed with a "G+" designation, backed by Renewable Energy Certificates — see our green electricity plans guide for how that works) rather than the contract length itself — so it's worth it only if the green attribute specifically matters to you, not as a straightforward alternative to PowerFIX 24.
